At 66 years old, beloved comedian and television actor Dave Coulier is embracing something that once felt uncertain — relief. Doctors have confirmed that he is once again cancer-free, closing another painful chapter in a journey that tested both his body and his spirit.
Coulier’s health battle began nearly a year ago when he was diagnosed with Stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Like many people who hear the word “cancer,” he was shaken. The diagnosis forced him into a world of treatments, appointments, and difficult days. But with determination and the support of those closest to him, he fought through it. At first, Coulier feared the new tumor might be connected to his previous lymphoma. That possibility added another layer of fear. But doctors later confirmed the two cancers were unrelated. Coulier underwent robotic surgery so doctors could closely examine and remove part of the affected area. The procedure was followed by 35 rounds of targeted radiation therapy that stretched through the end of the year. Radiation in that part of the body is especially tough.
