Police in Texas are desperately seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man captured on surveillance video killing a small kitten inside an apartment hallway.
The disturbing footage shows a bald heavily tattooed man, wearing a red hoodie and shorts, chasing the scared kitten before violently ending its life on November 9.
Detectives have released images of the suspect along with a snippet of a Ring doorbell video which shows him walking down the hallway as he was searching for the helpless animal. Because the exact apartment location has not been released, officers are asking anyone who recognizes the man to come forward immediately.
Police say any information big or small could help bring justice for the kitten and hold the suspect accountable.
